【Product Info】

The tea leaves are from the Daxi Amupin Tea tea plantation which is owned by the Taiwan Tea Corporation (TTC) with an area of 1 hectare. By adopting natural farming and not using any artificial chemical fertilizers, the locally grown tea leaves that are manually harvested feature firm but soft texture with high-quality. The old tea factory that inherited the traditional tea production techniques during the Japanese occupation period makes the black tea leaves kneaded by the old-time machine appear in curly strips. It depicts that time goes by and re-appears in the original resource and original technique that bring out a natural and sweet taste.
