【How to brew】
Tea brewing in the cup
1. Break the Puerh Tea Cake and take 6~10g. 2. Infuse with 100℃ hot water into a 250c.c. cup.
3. Wait for 10 seconds to awaken the aroma of the Puerh Tea as well as get rid of the storage flavor and impurities.
4. Pour out the first infusion.
5. Infuse with hot water for the 2nd time.
6. Wait for 60 seconds and filter the tea before drinking.
Tea brewing in the pot
1. Boil 200c.c. water, put 25g Puerh Tea into the pot, and wait for 2 minutes.
2. Pour out the first brew. Infuse with 1000c.c. water and boil for about 8~10 minutes.
