1.Delivery Method: A single order over NT $2,000 will be shipped free of charge; the single order less than NT $2,000 will be charged NT $100 for shipping. (limited to the main island of Taiwan) The shipping charge to outlying islands or foreign places will be priced separately. The delivery will be made within 7 working days after the order is confirmed. Holidays are not included in working days.
2.The delivery of the Uniform Invoice: The Uniform Invoice will be sent along with the shipment or mailed separately. Whoever needs to add the Business Administration Number (BAN), please select the "Triplicate Uniform Invoice" on the order checkout page, and input your Business Administration Number (BAN) and full title; the payment amount shown on the Uniform Invoice has deducted the concession amount you used in the order. In case of any errors in the contents shown on the Uniform Invoice, please submit the revision request within 3 days after received. The revision cannot be made later than the duration.
3.Payment method: Credit card, remittance, and cash on delivery.
Online Order Reward Points Instructions
1.Earning Reward Points: Get 5 points when logging in daily. The new members will be given 500 points; every order of NT $10 on the website (excluding shipping fee) will get 1 point; every 10 points can be used to deduct NT $1 from the order payment upon checkout.
2.Duration of usage: Every newly added dividends point has a one-year duration. It can't be retained once expired. Please finish the points within 1 year.
3.The reward points are only to be used for our online shopping website. No cash redemption is allowed, and no application is allowed in our stores.
