The TTC played an important role in the history of Taiwan’s tea industry and the tea business is the most important tradition at the TTC. Nothing stays the same, however, so the relationship between the company’s land assets and Mother Nature has changed with the times. Today, the use of land resources is not just about the traditional industries. For the TTC the core issue now is how to grow together with the land and preserve the heritage of the tea industry.

Boutique agriculture, leisure and tourism will all be strongly promoted as part of the TTC’s core business in the future. Environmental protection, the LOHAS way and other ideals beneficial to society will all be a part of the TTC’s responsibility to our land.
